You are not permitted
to use email addresses purchased in bulk from any CD or other
bulk entity. Purchased Leads may be imported
into ISOResponder.com provided they contain first and last
name, email address, date stamp, and ip address. No leads
over 50 days old will be permitted to be imported into any
ISOResponder.com account.
You are responsible for Spam complaints if you purchase leads,
even leads purchased directly from ISORegister, Inc. have
the potential of Spam complaints and you must understand this
prior to purchasing any leads. The best method to use when
purchasing leads is to send one (1) email to the list and
ask their permission to send your offer. If they do not opt-in
for your offer, then you can NEVER mail to them again. Yes,
you will lose some names, but it is better to lose a few names
now, then lose your account and all your lists later.
You are not allowed to import leads and then
start sending mulitple messages. You must first get the permission
from the list as stated above.
ISOResponder.com will work with you regarding unsubstantiated
Spam complaints, provided you have fulfilled the requirements
as stated above as well as in our terms and conditions and
or service agreement. We realize the majority of people will
use ISOResponder.com in a legal and ethical manner and those
who do not, will be punished to the fullest extent of the
law.
If you receive any email from ISOResponder.com that you did not specifically request, please notify ISOResponder.com by sending a copy of the email to:abuse@ISOResponder.com. Please note that we must receive a copy of the email you received in order to take the necessary action and get your name and email removed from all lists.
